Wrenches When designing Atlas Copco Rapid-Torc® hydraulic wrenches
for very high torque applications, such as torquing flanges,
the vision was to build tools that could be relied upon to
achieve safe connections in some of the world's most critical

applications. From design to manufacturing and calibration,
Atlas Copco Rapid-Torc hydraulic wrenches are dedicated
to this vision.

TORQUE CHART
The torque is important to ensure the required clamping force is applied. The chart shows the
tightening torque range for the different models in the hydraulic torque wrench product portfolio.

HOW TO SELECT THE LINK SIZE
Sizes are expressed as MM for meteric while imperial have a 3 digit designation.

First number indicates inch, and the following two numbers indicate an increment of 1/16".
For example: RL 18-308 would be a link that is 3-8/16, with 8/16 being 1/2. Another example,
RL04-105 would be a 1-5/16" link. When the link size in metric and imperial are the same
size, it is listed together. For example: RL 14-104/32MM would be a link for a nut that is 1-1/4
(4/16 being 1/4) but would also be used for a 32MM nut.
